Default d16y8 Swap Help

My engine blew on my 99 Civic EX so I bought another d16y8, only I think this new engine is from a 96 or 97 because the speed sensor and the intake manifold are different.

Is there an easy way to swap over the speed sensor from my engine? (it's broken on the new engine and isn't pinned the same as the plug on the harness from my car anyways)

Also, am I going to run into any trouble with the different intake manifolds?

Speed sensor is on the transmission, you can keep your transmission and just swap the motors.

is one auto the the other manual? That might be why the intake manifolds are different.

Either that or you bought a Y7 motor by mistake. Look at the throttle body to be sure.

Here is a pic of the difference. The throttle bodies are slightly different in that mine has an extra hose coming to it from the intake manifold (from where that difference is) as well as one to my intake itself.
