car bogs when in 4th and 5th gear please help?

Icon2 car bogs when in 4th and 5th gear please help?

hi, i have a problem with my motor, when im in 4th gear and flooring it and i stop around 4k to 5k rpm and then ill cruise for a bit then the car starts to bog down like it doesnt want to go faster and feels like its loosing power, but then all of a sudden it picks up and goes, same applies with 5th gear, does anyone have this problem? any info or help/ suggestions much appreciated. specs of the engine is b16a block and gsr head, and with vafc. thanks.

Coil. Distributor. Plugs. VAFC.

plugs, wires, cap, and button new, maybe distributor, how would i test if its the dizzy or vafc? thanks.

someone told me it might be the oxygen sensor.
