I can't freakin find it anywhere! I've seen like 2 people locally with one and it looks amazing but I can't seem to ever find where to get one that fits like that. Or is it more of how I mount it myself? I don't want to get one and have it not even be able to go where I want it... I just hate how it hangs from the bottom, I like when it covers up the lower part of the bumper.

No no I get where you're coming from, that's the thing I couldn't find any pics of 96-98 with a proper fitting one.

2 people at my school have it JUST how I want it on a 96-98. 1 guy got it at a shop that closed down not long ago and the other her boyfriend got it for her and had no idea because they had broken up. So I'm S.O.L. with figuring it out from them...

 

def check bayson online they have so many different kind of lips and im almost 100% sure they have the one your looking for cus i have 98 civic too and was looking for a similar one
