Wait, you stripped out the threads in the cylinder head? Well I guess my suggestion won't help.

Jeebus, 5.32 for a BOLT?!
Steal 'em from the junkyard lol. I always walk out with a pocketfull.
Can you see down into the holes? Are the threads missing? How much did you tighten them? They're only supposed to be like 7ftlbs, which ain't much at all.

No, I removed the bolts to remove the valve cover while the engine was still hot an i took some threads out in the bolt holes.. pretty much leaning towards getting one of them thread repair kits, anybody know what size i need? so i can use the exact same oem bolts? thanks guys for all the replies.
take you bolts to a hardware store. Find the nut that fits, and you will have your size. According to the parts pic I posted above my guess would be 6MMx1.5.
there is a how to on d-series.org I believe on making a valve cover stud in stead of a bolt which prevents striping out the head which is pretty common on a d-series. Or a helicoil, but there isn't a whole lot of material in the head casting around the valve cover bolt holes. so the helicoil may not have enough meat to properly bite into.
yes, all it does is replace the threads that you ripped out... it comes in a kit that allows you to use the same size bolt... the threads will be stronger then the stock ones because the the material that they are...
take the bolt with you when you get the kit, to match the size
