Default Subwoofers stopped working

After a week of installing my subs, they all of a sudden stopped working. I noticed the amp wasn't getting any power, but I checked the remote wire, the ground, the fuse, and they all were working fine. What else can it be? Thanks a lot.

Make/model of subs and amp would help.
If your ground is smaller than the power wire, it might try to "ground itself" through the rcas and blow the rca outputs on your hu...
Check to make sure your sub is still hooked up to the amp. Maybe a wire fell off inside the box. Check the fuses on the amp. Check that the ground didn't come off the chassis. If you have a multimeter you can check to make sure you are getting ~14V from the power wire to the ground wire.

I have a JL e1200 amp wired to a 12W1. I checked all the wires and they're wired probably. What other fuses are there that's' connected to the amp besides the one between the battery and the amp?

Ditto the above, check power, ground, remote with a VOM, fuses can look "good" but still fail. Also, does your sub amp have internal or external fuses? Have you checked those?

I checked the power, ground, remote all over again. I even removed and reconnected everything, but it still doesn't work. I don't have a VOM on hand that I can use. I just looked up the manual for the e1200 amp and there isn't any internal nor external fuses. What else could it be? Is it possible that the remote wire could've somehow snapped? The ground is connected to a philips screw in trunk and the connector of the ground wire has another hole. But that shouldn't be a problem right? This is driving me nuts. Any opinion/help would greatly be appreciated

Edit: My ground is 8-gauge while the power is bigger I think. My car isn't near me right now, so I can't remember what gauge exactly. IF the RCAs on my headunit is blown, how do I fix that?

You run an loc or you get a new hu. This is probably the last thing that is wrong though...

Go pick up a cheap VOM, or a very inexpensive test light, which are only good for checking known power and ground points IMO, but they work in a pinch.

It is possible the amplifier failed internally, but it is more likely you have a issue with power or remote. Try removing the remote wire from the amp and jumping a wire prom the battery + side of the amp into the turn on, if it fires up, turn on issue. Your amp isnt turning on, so it has nothing to do with the audio signal from the HU.

the remote from your HU could have gotten fried. there are usually 2 only one of which is suitable for an amp. if you used the one that isnt then that could be the problem. i second jumping a wire from the positive on the battery to the remote on the amp with the current remote wire disconnected. next i would guess a grounding issue. the easiest test would be from the power wire to the ground wire on the amp. if they are proper voltage than those are both fine
