i have an 02 civic lx with an intake and a muffler. i just did a megan header swap on it and now i have the check engine light on. came on a whole day and like 30miles after the swap. how do i make the light come off?

 

if you have the lx the owm cat is attached to the header

now since you have meagan the cat is no longer there and your throwing a code for running with no cat

pm me and i can send you a o2 extender so your code can go off

Running without an O2 Sensor attached will eventually throw a CEL. Common sense

 

both 02's are installed who said they weren't? FAIL.

 

this is what you need an angled o2 simulator to fit past your alternator and you can install it without removing the header this is the one i use and were i bought it from my cell light went off as soon as i installd it.
