Default AFR Change to lean or rich on low cam(h2b bosch725cc)

I am helping a friend tuning his h2b setup, runing with crome and bosch 725 cc,stock fpr, sometimes the afrs before vtec jumps to 16 or 15 and some time it keeps low 12's without touching the fuel or timing map,IAT temps didn't change, and i edited the injectors offset as the manual came with the injectors like that on 43.5 psi stock fpr

Volts : 19.5 18 16 14 12 10 8
inj.ms: 0.32 0.33 0.67 0.79 1.04 1.35 1.79

anyone have a clue can help, that would be appreciated .
