Default my wheel studs are to short for my rims help?

i have a set of sprint harts but my wheel studs are to short! is it possible to get wheel spacers with extended studs??

Yes. It's also possible to get extended studs without getting wheel spacers.

thanks! also what size spacers would you recommend? and do i have to shave down my stock studs to put on the spaces! its for a 98 civic coupe

Why do you think you need spacers? You probably don't.

It's also worth asking about the reason your studs are too short, because that's very unusual. Is it possible that your wheels have a center bore that's too small for your car? The center bore is the big hole in the center of the wheel. If it's too small, the wheel won't fit over and sit on the hub, so they would stick out and possibly not have enough stud sticking out. But when that's the problem, you need to do something else (e.g. having a machine shop drill the center bore, or getting different wheels); just putting on longer studs is the wrong way to handle it and makes the wheel assembly unsafe.
