hey guys! i have a a
97 acura cl with 2.2 engine..the guy sold me the car with blow motor and i swap the motor to 2.3 but the wires doesnt plug in..what should i do? should i take the wire harness under the dash where i took the 2.3 motor from? plz help me..thanx guys

 

depends if you know what each wire is for
and do you need to make new plug/s?

 

well if i take the wires under the dash which i took the motor(new motor) from and it would just plug in..i was gonna use the engine harness from the blown motor but the distributor plug dont look the same...thanx

 

uhm swap the sensors from the 2.2L onto the 2.3L and while you are at it put an exhaust header on it to get some small gain (10hp) while you got the engine out of the car.

plugs are most likely different for the sensors on a f23 motor

 

swap the sensors? so i have to use the wire harness form the blown motor? do i need to change the intake manifold? thanx

 

both are cable driven systems so I believe that you don't need to swap intakes but if the TB's don't swap then you might have to .....

I kept MY F23 (2.3) ENGINE HARNESS (IT IS STOCK WITH ALL THE CONNECTORS.....I HOWEVER NEED THE 2.2 ENGINE HARNESS OUT OF THE 97 CL (BUT ONLY IF IT IS A MANUAL ENGINE HARNESS) SO, I WOULD BE UP FOR AN EVEN TRADE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
