Default BOMZ Racing intake

So anyone have one or wanna offer any advice? I need a new cheap intake cause my airbox broke a fitting where the valve cover hose connects...

Wanted to wait and do the airbox mod or get a nice V2 but this just happened and i dont wanna mess up my new car...

And dont make fun of me, this is not what i want, just need one ASAP. Can only spend like 50 bucks right now. Are there any other ebay brands that might hold me over?

ya if you are just looking for a cheap one there isnt anything wrong with egay. its just pipe and a filter. prob wont see gains or anything just noise that sounds like an elephant but you arent in search for a good piece so that would do

well i bought one, when i install ill take some pics and give a little review

and btw... why would i not see any gains? its still a short ram intake. No, its not a long cold air intake or a V2 that has big and small pipe, but it will still be much less restrictive. therefore, i WILL see gains

the ebay pipes dont have the mildly heat reflective paint jobs, therefore heat soak will be a bit more of a bish

I dont think its a bad idea. If your in need of the intake its fine. Buy what you can afford.
