Default H22 Dyno results sub par

I posted this in the Prelude section and decided to move here for more input on my situation. I got the dyno results today and it showed 8psi 290hp and 18psi 385hp. This is my setup.

JE 9:1 pistons
eagle rods
iron ductile sleeved block
micro polished crank
port & polished head
ferrea valves, springs, retainers
wiesco head gasket
holset hx35
walbro 255
3 in exhaust
tial wategate, blow off valve
1000cc injectors
stock intake manifold
tuned on crome
skunk2 turbo cams
ramhorn exhaust manifold

I just feel that 18psi is a ton of boost to only be at 385hp. What are your opinons?

Try playing with the timing degrees. From help of HT members we found that our car wanted more timing and it really woke up. at 20psi on 93 octane it made 497whp.

Hows the torque as well? Try a different tuner. Your tuner, if he's good, should be able to tell you whats wrong and tune it for you.

you should not tune on chrome. All that money in the setup and ur running chrome? Go on eCtune or Neptune. I'm tuned on eCtune and my car makes good power for its boost.

yea man its definetly those turbo cams THEY SUCK i had them in my stock h22 tuned by jeff evans at evans tuning and it only made 280 on 8psi so i replaced with stock obd1 jdm h22 cams it it made 345whp nothing changed but the cams so i got 60 more whp and i wrote to skunk to and everything and they said" these cams were designed for more of a bolt on turbo kit liek greddy or drag" i was pissed they still cost 600$ and clearly states good for street cars and low boost seetings work best from 5 to 15 psi and optimal for 3-8500 rpm

Ectune or Hondata ask Skunk2 what they recommend cam gears to be set at with Turbo 2 cams, that could be a big deal in power

Yes 18 psi and 385 hp don't mix... made 411 hp with 15 psi on 50 trim T3/T4 H23V

385 hp should be 10-12 psi?

tel him john lol... well jeff evans is a dealer for skunk2 so when this happened he called him and even then they told him those cams suck and the only reason they sell them is cuz people buy them and they offered me a discount on different cams .. so when i went to purchase a different cam i asked how much of a discount i would get they have not responded yet and its been since march
