I am about to replace the part do to the hose around it and the water valve itself leaking coolant. However, I notice there is a lever so you can fully open and close the valve I would assume it would be fully open but wanted to confirm that.....anyone know? thanks in advanced...trying to fix this and bleed the system before my next class

hey guys sorry for a wasted post taking up space I figured it out. There is a wire it attaches to to control if its open or closed for heat....my bad...delete thread
