u have to have a serious vacuum leak..or your throttle body isnt on or somethin crazy like that..try startin it and put your hand on the throttle body opening to stop air flow and see if u can hear the monster vacuum leak

we blocked off the throttle body then it wouldnt even start at all. Then we let it have a lil air then it just redlined and tons of black smoke

r u sure the throttle body butterflys are closed cuz it doesnt seem like they are...u might have tightened the throttle body cable too tight..other than that did u replace the intake manifold gasket and/or the throttle body gasket..and/or make sure the injector gaskets are fine.. check all vacuum lines..because after market IM sometimes have some ports in weird spots..n it also sounds like maybe the main brake booster vacuum isnt hooked up

As others have mentioned, you have a big air leak somewhere.

Now my question....why would you change out the stock P30 manifold on your B16? You'd be hard pressed to get "any" extra hp at all on the motor in N/A form.

check all the connections to your IAC valve. Isolate the vacumm leak its gotta be a leak somewhere!

Same thing happened after i installed hondata gasket.

Simply stated, i didnt tighten the bolts tight enough

I only gave each bolt about 3 or 4 turns each ( on top of what i initially tghtened it to) and sure enough it was my problem
