I just installed my head unit..and it was working fine for a few days, but all of a sudden there's no sound at all anymore. I think i did a pretty good job of wiring, because the head unit lights up and all the controls work. so what could be wrong? blown fuse or something? oh and i dont have any amps or subs. just a aftermarket headunit and speakers. please help, thanks

sounds almost like u could have blown the amp in the HU.
if everything's lighting up fine, check all the connections at the back of the cd player, make sure everythings ok, and maybe even put a multimeter on there to see if you're getting any power.

 

ok never mind, i did do a shitty job at wiring them b/c when i shook the wiring the sound came back on. so i'll just go back and take out all the crimp connections and solder them.
