story: i replaced the cable reel behind the steering wheel over a year ago when all of the controls on the wheel quit working. that fixed it, everything worked fine until recently...

issue: cruise, radio controls and the horn no longer work. haynes manual has no wire diagram for the horn. (lowsy garbage..) i've tested for continuity on each wire in and out of the reel, i get nothing..

question: what is the procedure to narrow it down to the $100 reel needing to be replaced? which wires (colors) are on the horn circuit? shouldn't i have continuity through the reel at all times? does anyone have a horn wiring diagram?

Also check the horn relay in your under hood fuse/relay box.

yeah, i didn't mention it but i had already checked the horn relay and it was fine.
