MINI ME CRX- Fuel cutout problem HELP????

OK so here is exactly what happens.
I get in the car and start it, it idles high (2000 rpm) For a while. It sounds fine. I wait for it to heat up, so the rpm will drop. Now, when it heats up and drops it does not idle evenly (jumping from 1000 to 25000). I know that alot of hondas have this problem when hoses are switched around. BUT that is not all. When i give it gas, it revs, then cuts out. It is suckin in air, but seems like its cutting out gas. Ideas?

(Note: p28 ecu NOT TUNED)

Well I would have to say your motor is toast. Honda motors can't go up to 25,000 RPMs; you are screwed as it is not a typical Honda problem…

Check and clean the IACV...
