Default trans bearing

my car started to make some wierd sounds from wut sounded like the axle acouple days ago. well 2day i got it on the lift and realized my trans fluid was slowly dripping as i drove.. didnt drip in my garage hence y i didnt notice it.. trans fluid was half quart low and one of my bearings is making the sound. now my question is. can i drive around with this bearing for alil while til i find time to drop the trans??? is there a chance the bearing will correct itself with the added fluid now??

Default Re: trans bearing

If the bearing is making a noise its done. Replace as soon as you can. Replace the axle seals now if they are leaking until you can drop the trans. Mainshaft seal might be leaking as well.
