my car started to make some wierd sounds from wut sounded like the axle acouple days ago. well 2day i got it on the lift and realized my trans fluid was slowly dripping as i drove.. didnt drip in my garage hence y i didnt notice it.. trans fluid was half quart low and one of my bearings is making the sound. now my question is. can i drive around with this bearing for alil while til i find time to drop the trans??? is there a chance the bearing will correct itself with the added fluid now??

the bearing isnt going to correct itself. If it were my transmission I would stop driving it because it may cause more damages than you want to fix.
