I have A 98 civic ex and the problem is the car will idle fine but when i go to give it gas it wants to die i have replaced all fuel delivery parts. I can drive it as long as i feather the gas but it will not go over 2500 rpms. A friend says it might be the TPS but im not sure thats it. if anyone knows please help. THANKS.

sounds like TPS or Map sensor.
check the dizzy cap and rotor
