Question on ALIGNMENT
hey i recently got my rear lower control arms installed. 6 months ago i had an alignment done, so today i had one done again due to the install of the LCAs. well everything was ok except for my right rear wheel. they said (at auto innovations) that it could not be aligned because its already at maximum from the previous time they aligned it. the range im supposed to be in is (.04º - .16º) im currently at .46º. however when they aligned it last time they were able to get it at .15º. now they cant adjust it at all. any tips on what i should do?? how serious will this affect my tire wear if i keep rotating every 6 months? should that be okay in terms of toe wear.
they also said to get a toe link kit. iono if that will work

I can't see replacement lca's causing any major shift in alignment such as toe in/out if they are the correct arms for the car. I would say that if your rear toe has changed, especially to the point that it can't be brought into spec with a normal adjustment then either (a) you have bent something or (b) something is severely worn.
As far as tire wear is concerned it's the TOTAL toe that you have to worry about. If the toe is out of spec on one side you may be able to adjust the other side out of spec to bring the total toe into range. The problem with doing that is your thrust angle can get out of whack and caude your car to track funny. I think you should find what's worn or bent.
