Default My first d series

Hey guys, Im not new to honda/acura by any means i've had 3 Integras but I recently bought my first civic. Its a 97 EJ8 Milano Red. So far... its ok.. its an auto but that is getting fixed this weekend. Im doing the auto to manual swap. Any pointers or anything I should watch out for?

I have the whole clutch brake peddal assy. and all hydraulic parts and lines, I have the shift linkage, trans with clutch and flywheel, upper trans mount and ecu.

BTW As for the d series motor.. It sucks going from a b series to d is a big let down..lol

the top trans mount

make sure you have either the right mount or cut the bracket (on the frame) out of mt car

thats the biggest diff in at to mt

hey guys im running a 37820-P2P-A83 VTEC ECU of a 97 civic ex on my 96 civic dx with a y8 head. vtec solenoid is wired and the vtec oil pressure switch too. car was runnin fine for 3 days and it started to run a little funny. it loses power between 3000 and 4000 rpms at full throttle. can u guys give me any advise on what the prob is? i replaced the vtec oil pressure switch, but is still runnin like crap. is this the right ECU?

Doesn't apply to a '96 - '00 civic. All you need is the metal bracket that bolts to the top of the transmisssion.
