The mounts for 99 are the same for b or d series motors that came in that year. They don't fit a d15b because that motor is 92-95(EG) specific.

the RUBBER mounts are all the same for B and D series motors. The BRACKETS are different. you will need a d-series upper timing post bracket and a D-series Rear "T" bracket. you will also need a d-series front transmission torque mount bracket if ur gonna use the torque mount.

92-95 and 96-00 blocks don't have different mounting locations. LOL. All 92-00 blocks will physically bolt in with the same (d series) cast iron driver mount and the same rear T bracket (as long as you use the correct trans one as auto and manual use different) along with the same upper trans bracket.

Now, if you are going from a B to a D, you will need driver side cast iron bracket, rear T bracket, and both front torque mounts. I sent you a PM about this.
