I had a problem with this shop installing my timing belt incorrectly on 3 different occasions. The problem is that I supplied my own parts. Now, I am trying to get my money back from what they made me buy. Do I have a case that this is mechanic error or am i just pretty much screwed?

The third time they wouldnt fix it for free so, I brought it to another shop and they fixed my car correctly on the first try.

Any suggestions? Shouldve just done it myself. :/

 

sounds like they were just too stupid to line up a dual cam head.
