What should I gap my spark plugs to for my all motor d16z6

my setup is
d16z6 stock cam and block
b&m fpr and gauge
ngk spark plug wires
ebay header
ebay muffler 2.25 inch piping stock cat thinking hollowing it out
440cc prescion injectors
excedy organic clutch
ebay short shifter
msd ignition cap and coil
walbro 255 in tank pump
ebay short ram intake
no ps.ac.cc
bkr7e spark plugs thinking about going one step colder
e85 tuned at full blown motorsports 142 whp
without 65 shot of nitrous dry shot 208 whp
about to put on ls throttle body

what should i gap my spark plugs to for this setup and what ones should i get too is hollowing out my cat a good idea please some body let me know

Since your engine is mainly stock with bolt-ons, I'd use a stock gap or close it down .05" and see if it likes it on the dyno.

what you mean i already dynoed it and it and i didnt gap the spark plugs before that i just put them in straight fromthe box so should i just gap it to .05 also my car is backfiring and misfiring i think it is my rotor and spark plugs because the wires i just purchased and i only had the msd for about a year so yeah thanks for the help

No, it will make little if any difference you that engine and will only hurt the environment.

You adjust the gap while tuning on the dyno to see how the car reacts. You don't close it down to .05" , you close it down by that amount. If it makes more power by closing the gap down a little, great, if not leave it stock. Check your firing order and make sure your plug wires are all installed properly and in the correct order, after that check your cap and rotor.
