Fuel Relay?
My Car has been sitting for awhile and when i went to go started it may a clicking noise and did not start. Checking around what it was a wire behind the radio disconnected it and tried starting it the clicking noise is gone. Just want to know what that part is so i that i can buy the part.
Does the fuel pump prime? When you turn the ignition on the CEL should come on stay on for like 2 secs, and then go off. It will click 2 times, once when it comes on, another when it goes off. This will tell you if the pump is priming.
There is a relay under the dash pretty much right behind the coin holder.
This is what it looks like:

This is where it is: (you don't have to remove the whole dash)

^ x2,and you can repair the "cold" joints on the relay with a lil added solder. (extremely common to happen-but usually when hot and @ a gas station, lol) I keep a spare in both of my EFs that I "repaired" since I HATE when that happens @ a store!
Not sure if you mean it is turning over or just clicking and not turning over, but make sure that your battery isn't just dead/bad connection @ terminals and starter solenoid is the clicking that you hear... (unless it was the clutch safety sw?) My 88's don't have clutch sw...
