Can't get crank bolt off engine. HELP!
I had engine problems, blah blah blah, pulled the engine out and now I'm trying to get the crank bolt off. I have access to an air compressor and two impact wrenches that usually do the job, they take off axle nuts fine and other crank bolts in the past, but this one is stuck. What do I do? Is there any kind of tricks I could try, or should I try to cut the washer under the bolt and see if that would work as a last ditch effort if I take it to a shop and they can't get it?
I can't get the compressor to run any higher, I've held the crank tight while using the impact wrench, used penetrating oil, I'm out of ideas.

last time i did that on a d series i used a 5 foot breaker bar and some jumping, it was no fun and literally tried everything else. it worked like a charm
Sorry, it won't help with a rounded crank pulley bolt, but it will secure the crank pulley by fitting into the hex slot and allow you to get an undamaged crank bolt out.

that tool wont work, only if its still in the car because the tail of it goes against the fram.... what kind of car/ wat year civic?? ef's have a diff pulley and require a crank chain type of tool to work.. some tricks i've tried is pulling the tranny off as i asume you already have it on a stand.. but i have the engine on a spare tire with no rim.. have some one put a REALLY BIG flat screw driver ( as in like 2 feet long ones.. ) against the fly wheel teeth and the structures of the block.... hold really tight... and put a 17 mm on that crank and hammer like you're trying to split wood hahahah it usually works with-in numerous times.. find sum way to lock the fly wheel.. really good...
My D15B7 did not have the provisions for that 6pt tool like a D16 does. Once the head was off I took off the starter (top side of trans bellhousing) and flywheel inspection plate (bottom side of bellhousing) and inserted a large screwdriver, pry bar, etc. Have a friend or two on hand that can hold those while you put some leverage into the crank pulley nut.
I had an impact gun rated for ~700lb ft only to realize my air compressor is holding me back. The gun requires 28scfm for that torque, my compressor is only good for about 10scfm. The way around this is to put a 2ft extension on the socket and rest the extension on a jack stand. From there, attach a 1/2" breaker bar and use a jack handle/cheater bar.... the bolts going to require about 300-400lb ft tq to loosen even though it only gets torqued to 134ft lbs once its reinstalled

A buddy of mine had trouble with his.. he went to Harbor freight and bought an impact gun called the "Nut Buster". He previously couldn't get it off with my cheap impact gun but the nut buster worked.. Puts a smile on my face everytime i think about what that gun is called.
lol we put a 1000 ft lbs 1" impact on mine the other day...with an adapter....it was impossible to hold the engine without it moving back and forward and then the adapter sheared like butter. LOL...i just took the block to a machine shop and said "you deal with it"

Use 2 5ft aluminum tubes.
If you get that tool someone posted put the tube around the socket wrench with the specialty tool.
Turn the crank untill you can firmly wedge that with the ground to stop the crank from turning
You might need friend to keep it still while you break the bolt loose.

I'm going to try to find someone with a bigger impact wrench first. There's not really anyone around to help me in the garage and I'm not exactly a very big guy, so an impact is really a better option anyway.
If someone is around the Quad City area and has access to an impact wrench that will put out like 600+ft lbs, please let me know. I'll pay someone to get it off.
