so here it is after a little struggle i have my very first build thread i love hondas and im really into them ive always wanted an EF or EG hatch and make it my very own..swap it keep it clean and unique and ricefree
btw im 16 lol
my very first car was a 1992 corolla for $800 and put some 17s on that bitch(had no other choice for the money)
SOLD

then i came along a 1990 STD hatch for 300 RUNNING(did i mention my dad has a towing company?)
so i got it over the summer i was really exited cause it had nice paint and was stick and i thought i had an amazing find since it was almost completely stock and was owned by an old guy and not a ricy teenager but i knew nothing about EFs
car wasnt in bad condition overall even though the interior was **** and it was tan leather -.-...but as i did my research and started finding out more about hondas i found out it was the cheapest and it was 4speed the car had alot of mileage on it and then i started having doubts about keeping it and putting my money and time into it...i bought an Si cluster some amber corners for it and some fat fives..but at the end it just wasnt coming out right and everytime it rained i had a puddle in my trunk with rust that just broke my heart i had to drill holes...the paint the car itself had just been in a crash and the front and engine bay wasnt fixed right...so i finally SOLD it for $700

when i had boh sitting outside my house..
then i found another EF this one was a DX with a blown head gasket that looked really clean so i got my hands on it for $500 only bad thing is AUTO
so i got the stock d15b2 back running with $200 and heres where my build thread starts SORRY FOR MY LIFE STORY lol

i have the car sitting in my driveway not registered yet... before i get it back on the road im thinking of doing few things to it decide on the rims im gona keep, seats , fix my driver window cluster with TACH (its not rolling up all the way(DPFI to MPFI SWAP) install my head unit and sound system and a few other parts i got for it...short ram center console indash clock little things
first off i got 2 sets of rims GSR FAT FIVES anf HONDA FITS im trying to decide which ones to keep...
the fat fives are more suitable for my car but i need to restore them

the honda fits are in better condition still got clear coat little to no curve damage and scratches but i dont think they look too good on my car

YES I KNOW I GOT 2 WHEELS ON EACH SIDE ONLY FOR PICS

i picked up this set of Si's a month ago for cheap..

adjust the bumper

paint black and install..

short ram <3

a/c vent clock

i know its not an Si tach but still has RPMs

install new door panels adjust window and remove tint glue then 5% all around

these little rusted edges are pissing me off anybody has a good DIY technique.?(sand and paint?)

need a new steering wheel ASAP if anyone has one in good condition PM me i dont wanna buy an aftermarket one..


CRX Si 5 speed tranny bought it from a guy that went hydro...looks good and works got it for cheap with some linkeages...im collecting parts for my auto>5speed conversion ive done my research and it seems like its not too hard to do all i need is all the parts so i can knock if off in a day if anyone has a good writeup please post IM NOT ASKING TO BE SPOONFED but helpful info will be really appreciated
also im going dpfi mpfi is it alot of wiring for my ecu?
which one should i to first...ive seen this is easy as well but if anybody has good write up postttttt

Looks good. My CRX had the rusty door trims aswell. Simple fix. Pretty much what you said man...sand & paint. Are you going to get a new bumper?
