SInce I swapped motor in my hatch the fan has always run constant, I have changed the thermostat and Fan Control swith, I have replaced the relays in the engine bay fuse box. still runs constat, Trying to fix this issue now that its gtting colder in MD, the A/F raitos are a little off under boost. Does any one have coolant system wiring diagram?

With the key on, engine off, does the fan run? If so, start unplugging things until it turns off. Start with fan switch on T stat housing, then go to relay, ECU, etc. I don't think that the fan control wire on the ECU will actually run your fan but you may want to make sure.

She shuts off when relay is pulled, so how do I trace out the wiring from the fuse box.

Does the fan still run if you replug the relay and then unplug the 2P connector from the fan switch on the thermostat housing? If so, then there is a short in the wire running between the switch and the relay or the hood fuse box is bad.

Yes if i pull the switch plug off the sensor the fan will still run, does anyone have a wiring diagram i could use to run resistance between the coolant electrical connections.
