First off I wanna say I glad to be back about 4 years later and a new screen name. I picked up a 95 DX that was riced out for $350. It needs alot of work but is going to be a good project for my wife and I to work on. The guy that had it previous broke a valve so he swapped out the head and replace timing belt, Dist, coil, wires and had the head milled I guess just taking his word. It is a D15B7 the problem is it will start but has no power what so ever. You have to either turn the idle way up or put ur foot on the gas to keep it running. Once you let off the car will start to spit and spudder then eventually die out. I did noticed that it backfired a few times. We checked all the wires and dist everything looks good. The plugs however were soaked with fuel. I plan to eventually swap this but need a second car in the mean time to get to and from work about a 10 min drive. If anyone has any input I would love to hear it. Thank you in advance for any help given.

Injectors maybe dumping fuel, or a valve sticking.
