Ok, i took my cover off and follow the instruction from faq page. when i turned on the car, my vlves where still ticking, i waited a little and when the car warmed up, they stop so i was happy, then i decide to gas the car and they started ticking again. What did i do wrong???

 

what did you do? a valve adjustment?

 

umm what motor do you have?

 

a little more info would help

 

incase you have a b series motor the valves are gonna click, even the valves on my wifes 05 civic click

 

yea dude if you were messing with the valve clearance that could have caused this but if it is a very faint noise then it is prob normal. did you rebuild the internals?

 

yeah, i got ferrea valve train. im running a b20vtec. im gonna try to adjust them one more time and if it still ticking, im just gonna leave them like that. the problem is that my tuner wont tune my car until is in perfect condition

 

yeah, i did mess with the valve clearance since they where ticking in the first place. im just gonna try one more time but this time i will do it with an angle gap gauge
