check your distributer you might think its right but it might be wrong on the wiring trust me............also check your injectors make sure theyre obd2
get the cel codes....your asking people about your car who know NOTHING about your car, try to help us out a little too. stop being lazy and go stick a paper clip in the plug near the ecu so you can read your code(s)
I would guess ckp is not reading right. which is in the dizzy. I had same problem with my ek swap. Although mine was a broken wire somewhere in the loom.
Jus an idea tho

TK209, your running a b16a2 with a gsr ecu. You do realize that the gsr ecu was meant for a gsr motor and not a civic 99-00 (b16a2) motor... Get a chipped P28 for a B16 and you should be good. Your car is probably also in limp mode.
As for limp mode, it is the mode the ECU goes into when it reads a catastrophic failure, or when the ECU is bad itself. Basically it reverts to a rich base map and limits revs to around 3000 (depends on what your tach reads).
I'm sure you can run it. But it isn't ideal as the fuel will be off as well as the timing and everything else for it. GSR's also have secondaries. If both cars have CELs and are running like crap and doing the same thing... chances are its in LIMP mode. Bottomline, run the correct ecu for the correct motor and save yourself the headache.

The code was intake temp. Im running a chiped p28 on crome. put my buddys p28 tunned on hondata s200 and does same thing. both cars are built almost the same.
