stuck throttle and idle help

Hi, i just bought a 1997 civic hatch with a b16a2 swap.
Second day after I bought it i was entering the freeway and i stepped on the accelerator and it accelerated fine and i shifted all the way to 5th but the car wouldnt stop accelerating so it was redlining until i turned it off and pulled over.
When I popped the hood i started wiggling the throttle body and it just "popped" back into place.
its happened twice more already and all i do is pop it back but i have no idea what it is. if anyone has any suggestions id really appreciate it thanks.

Is the carpet bunching around the throttle pedal? There was a recall for this. Click here for TSB. Also could be a bad throttle body or throttle cable.
