^^ how have they worked on your car with wear ect? do they make noise? and lot of brake dust? j.w cuz thats not a bad price im thinkin ima buy them
you said it just your DD right? Just get some Brembo replacement rotors and a decent pad. On my 95 EX I had Brembo replacement rotors and a carbon-metallic pad from AutoZone that had a lifetime warranty, it had good braking performance and little brake dust. Plenty for a DD. Also remember to replace the fluid if it hasn't been done for a while.
I didn't see any power slot rotors in the above link but on TireRack the Power Slot rotors are 60 ea while the Brembo replacements are 38 ea.
might not hurt to check out the sponsors forum, might find a deal or two on brake parts.

those are all power-stop brakes. autospecialty is the what those brakes are, which is a line of powerstop brand. i bought front and rear for my integra and my grand am gt, and they are awesome brakes. no dust, no noise. i've ran the car pretty hard too, and never had any brake fade. they have a cross-hatch on them when you get them, and after 1,000 miles of not so easy braking, they STILL have the markings on them. they are pretty good for the money. brembo is another good brand to go with. anything that isn't valucraft is good in my book for that matter, lol.
as for rotors, i think brembo's have a better heat dissapating capability than the powerstop's would. i've driven cars with brembo's and they felt alot different than my powerstops do. they felt more solid if that makes sense. almost like they were a more stable set up.

I've got Power Slot slotted rotors and Hawk HPS pads. Had them put on along w/ new calipers + wheel bearings and so far they are fine!
Didn't really notice to much of a difference until I was going around a sharp curve @ about 65mph on Friday and it locked up the tires w/o any problem
Fun!

umm, anyone makes gold coloured rotors, its just a coating they put on the metal...
My Brembo Sport Slotted rotors were shimmering gold when new but two weeks on the hawk HPS and it loses that shine... its just an initial coating and it wouldnt last with any aggressive pad
That said, www.tirerack.com and www.buybrakes.com has brembo brake pads on clearance, they will go great with the rotors...

I actually managed to crack a set of wagner quickstop pads in half, while not cheap they definitely are not expensive...
If I remember right the wagner thermoquiet pads have a $30 rebate right now, not bad at all and worth looking into
However, since moving up to Hawk HPS, its hard to go back to "common" pads
