90 integra b16a obd0 4 door 178000 on body about 65000 on motor. NO CODES!!! I have tried a different ecu too!! The car sat for 3 years without a motor in it and here are my problems... No vtec... wiring is good had rs motors in burnsville mn check it. Idles high... Like 1500 but drops to 1000 when i tap the gas or turn my steering wheel to make the power steering pump run... No fan.. There are like 4 relays behind my headlights and i guess i dont know if that might be the problem or which one it might be.. temp gauge works and actually all of these thighs i have listed worked fine in my civic so...... Anyone please help me!!!!

 

could be a bad vtec solenoid or the wiring is wrong. as for the high idle. did you adjust idle? could also be a vacuum leak.

 

The wiring is good and i did adjust my idle the screw is all the way in and i know 100% my vacuums are right because i looked at a friends crx woth a b16 and thy are the same
