how much boost can it take without blowing up haha it has stock internals

just shoot for 300whp. Stop after that and you will be fine.

check out the ls/turbo thread. lots of people boost stock internals and get pretty good hp numbers.

Guys have boosted there stock internals and hit low 400's in HP. Not to shabby at all. You can run (depending on the condition of your motor) around 12-16 psi semi decently.

ok cool im rebuilding the ls with stock internals and im using a t3 turbo

Not exactly sure what you mean by rebuilding, but if you are actualy doing a taredown I would at least replace your rods wrist pins and rings, and bearings. That will allow you some more play.
