i got my integra and i wanna do a build with the b18 looking for bst piston wise and rods and should i run a gsr head or a b16 head just looking for best build wanna do as much hp befor i boost it.

 

IMO, you should just go LS Turbo. No need for vtec, but if you want the vtec, I would recommend the B16A head. I'm not going to say that one is better than the other, but I just like the B16A head better.

Get some nice cams, low compression pistons, rods, sleeve it, port and polish, and you can turbo the **** out of an LSvtec. Just make sure you get a proper tune and bam 400WHP haha.
