ls/vtec swap 97 civic- very low idle , bogging, barely stays running!! help asap!!!!!
sounds like your engine has the claps! haha jfwy..
You may have your ignition wires mixed up on the dizzy. See if they're setup like this:

if its not that, are you getting any CEL's? if so, what are they?
What ecu are you using? OBD2 or converted to OBD1?

throwing a O2 sensor code will make your car run like crap alone. usually when that is screwed up, it causes a chain reaction and starts throwing other codes like it is now because the ecu is trying to compensate for th O2 sensor reading incorrectly. also sounds like timing might be off, of the timing belt is retarted a tooth
timing is perfect it was in my integra running then I sold that shell and swapped it into the civic..
K.. i noticed you used the OBD2 injectors.. what are they off of? I just did same swap and accidentally used DX injectors.. it ran like utter crap had no power @ all and i live in 5000+ elevation.. only way i could get from a to b was to tap throttle.. I changed all the sensors... spark plugs, wires.. adjusted the TPS again... so I'd try different injectors if I was you and also make sure you get rid of those CEL's the ELD is a pain sometimes to find.. but then again your sensor that is giving you problems may be the culprit..
checked the tps voltage its good, checked for vac leaks -none, took injectors out and sprayed a box to check spray they r good, new plugs, new dizzy, checked battery voltage -good, reset ecu... and its still doing the same thing :/
