Default OBD1 CEL Code 2

I looked it up and online it said Oxygen Content B so i just wanted to know if that would be the O2 Sensor or if its something else

Code 2 is for O2 sensor #2(B). From what I have seen the 93 GS didn't come with 2 O2 sensors. Do you have two O2 sensors on your car? If you do then O2-B would be the second one (furthest) from the engine.

Are you sure your not seeing two long flashes = code 20 ELD?

no its 2 shorts ones it might be becuase the ecu is out of a different car but would that cause my idle to be messed up cause before my ecu fried my idle was fine but then i got this one for a short fix and my idle is higher and bounces i tried to clean the screen in the iacv already
