switching my intake manifold from a z6 to a y8 and was wondering which intake manifold gasket to get

 

jhpusa claims hondata adds hp but i also heard they are overrated and leaks.....

 

Over rated! A hondata gasket it's not gonna make or brake you...
So just use an oem gasket... i mean really you can't beat oem

 

OEM unless your made of money and dont mind wasting some

the hondata gasket does help with intake air temps. there are a few articles on it, with dyno proof. your not going to get crazy bumps in hp.. it just lowers the transfer of heat from the engine head to the intake manifold.
