i have a 97 civic with a obd-2 gsr motor.The iavc sensor is wired up changed it to a 2 wire plug and i switched pin 14 to pin 12 and removed the orange wire and the other wire went to a ground.And the iat says low input does that mean it's not getting enough power ?where is the best place to ground both of the sensor ?I need help to pass inspection.Thanks.
