SEARCHED. Smoke out of pcv/exhaust
i have a built h22 turbo.
wiseco 8.5.1
eagle rods
arp bottom end
t3/t4 60 63 garret NEW
Im getting some smoke out of the exhaust and the pcv durring start up. (sometimes) after it warms up it seems to be fine. Im not sure what could be the problem. the tune is pretty safe. 18psi-350whp. i dont runa restrictor on my turbo and thought maybe that could be a problem. maybe a small amout of oil in the ic and it burns out after a few mins? any thoughts. Gunna do a compression test this week.
Thanks
George

do you know what the piston to wall clearance was set to? do you know what the ring gap was set too?
a little smoke when cold on a turbo motor isn't a bad thing in my opinion.

honestly not sure. it was set to wiseco specs. what ever they said it was. its a h22a4. its something new. its been getting cold here. i was thing it might be condisation. the car runs strong and great. smells like normal exhaust. not oily.
