I am going to be dropping a b20b into my 96 civic ex
I was reading that the engine does not clear the hood line is this true??

what other parts do i need besides a tranny and what year car do i get them off of.


basically i am looking for answers on everything i need to complete this swap or is there a better motor to drop in besides the stock motor.

1)depends what manifold you get. giraffe manifold wont clear. One with resonator chamber clears fine, or any B18B manifold. Search, "B20 giraffe" for more info

2) What other parts? search. Everything has been outlined a billion times

3) B20 is cool because it is cheap, but you will need a lot of other parts to finish the swap

 

You can also put in a b18b LS intake manifold..

 

what kind of other parts......i know i need a transmission an ecu and shift linkage and axles but what ecu should i get and what axles i know i need a integra trans not sure which one........so much to do
