tie bars, tower bars, sway bars???
why does 1 company not make bars for upper, lower, and rear, front? do you just have to mix and match or can you fit 92-95 civic bars? del sol bars fit on crx?
because differnent companies have differnent stuff. ppl mix and match becuase some things are better then other. Whow would want a sway bar from DC Sports?
cusco makes a lower front.. i got neuspeed uppers, front and rear, and a random rear lower..
as for swaybars, sticking with stock front, OPM Motorsports rear..

i got ebay ones and im damn proud of them moslty because they work and i didnt have to pay out the ***. some parts i would say need r&d, but come on really how complex can a strut tower bar be? every other part that touches my car is a proven part but my bars, kyokugen lugs, and misc speed holes

my theory on strut bar (keep in mind its just what i THINK)
most strut bars with adjustments will all work the same (ebay, dc....)
crude drawing _/o==== o\_ the o is where its flexible (its a pivot point), under hard cornering if these arent tightened down well enough they'll give in and flex, under extreme cornering they'll flex anyways, now solid bars (not as in solid and hollow) (cusco, GS-R, neuspeed) but solid welded bars are the way to go, they're all one piece, they might flex but not in the same way as the cheaper bars, if you were to find one that looked like:
_/oo== oo\_ (i think neuspeed rear bars are like this) that would also work out well because it takes away the pivot point.

also with the "solid" type bars, if your car has been in any major accident where these points are offset a bit, these bars most likely wont fit or fit right to be effective..
as for ebay strut tower bars.. the are decent, but might as well drive down to pep boys to pick up some apc crap... all the same, but ebay sellers charge an arm and a leg for shipping

Is this it?

Yes I think these are it. Cuz this specifically says front and it looks a lot like the other one...

Which do you think is better. I would think Cusco but I could be wrong.

It's a straight bar, they don't make that type for our cars. I have the cusco one on mine, it's very lightwieght, I love it! I'll get under my car tomorrow and take a pic of it so you can see what it looks like
I felt it when changing lanes on the highway and quick transisitions from left to right, it feels more stable and not as scary to do at speed. I'm taking pics right now so you can get an idea of what it looks like.
EDIT:Here's the picture of it:
