do you want more power or want it to be faster. Your answer will dictate the direction you should head in.

Well I wanna be fast, but I really want more power just like what you have with turbo or supercharger, I don't like NOS or anything like that, so what can I do to have 300hp on a dayli drive car?? And what's a good and cheap kit and where can I get it?? Is ebay kit any good or they ok?? I will love for you guys to help me with all this questions, and not just give me a one word answer, thank you.

I will love for you noobs to research your own ****. We're not here to spoonfeed your information or plan out dream builts that you'll never even buy.

Generic eBay kits - trash.

you have two options. Nitrous, or a bolt-on turbo kit such as the Greddy, which the the most reliable out there, won't make tons of power though.

What state do you live in, and how much money are you willing to spend.

Pick two; fast, cheap, reliable. Fast and cheap is not reliable. Cheap and reliable is not fast. Fast and reliable is not cheap.

I live in Arizona, and just like you said that ......you guys want all the new people to serch more, well that's why I'm here, and yes I been serchin for couple months, and my brother in law does muscles cars so he is been helping me a lot too, but I want to know from people that has build those engines, if you know what I mean, anyways, I willing to spend 3 to 4k but one of my questions is, can I find a good turbo kit but cheaper? Or can I buy a ebay kit and replace the turbo ans few other things to make it better? What I'm pretty much saying is how to find good stuff and cheaper and where?

i say your best bet is going turbo if you want 300 and dnt have that much for NA. Na would take more money tho. Some ppl do that. buy Ebay turbo, upgrade it and piece it together. Why dont you read on good turbos with stock internals and buy the rest of the kit anywhere.

If you want your car to be fast, simply change your final drive ratio and mabey some of your gear ratios. (this is your most cost effective way of going fast)

If you want to spend a lot more money, you can build your motor up and run nitrous for that magical 300hp number.

If you want to go turbo, ask your question in the forced induction forum, this is ALL motor here.

Judging by your posts, you are headed the wrong direction-fast. Put a cheap Ebay turbo kit on your car, and let me guess, untuned? Tuning and good engine management cost money. So you bolt on the cheap turbo kit, the wastegate does not work, you boost 20 PSI running 30 degrees of ignition timing and 13.5:1 A/F and you melt your pistons.

Spend the money to do it right the first time, or you will be spending twice as much to fix it the second time.
