Default Opinions needed: Evaluate my Oil Drain Line.

The area surrounded in red is what I am concerned about. The angle of the center section be completely straight up and down? Or is the current position where it is slightly canted towards the block ok? I have it set like this due to the fact that the ends of the fittings are off center of each other otherwise.

Another angle.

Don't worry it is fine. You don't have to have it perfectly up and down just as long as it is not at something extreme like the return facing the hood latch or the hood for that matter LOL...

Garrett along with every other turbo manufacturer I know recommends anything under 35* is optimal for a gravity oil return.
