Default LS/Vtec what should my fuel press be around?

Engine is a LS/Vtec with JDM type R cams. The car was tunned with 750cc injectors. I just put in a walbro fuel pump. (part by part getting ready for a turbo)
I'm now getting too much fuel so I picked up a fuel pressure regulator. I was wondering if you guys knew around what fuel pressure I should be running? Maybe some numbers on what a stock GSR or type R run would help give me something to start at.

Well 45-60 seems like a big range. I just read about an s2000 that was running 53. I think I'll start with 50 and watch my plugs. Where's the best place to check what I'm running? End of the fuel rail?

Damn 60 is kinda high lol, Id do 55 max. Honda's fuel pressure on a b18b1 is 40-47, B18C1 is 48-55, and B18c5 is 47-54 according to the Helms Service Manual

If your only getting 35-40 psi it sounds like you got some problems. I actually had a friend with a factory manual and it had just slipped my mind. The book says:
B18B 40-47 psi
B18C1/C5 47-54 psi
with fuel press vacume hose disconnected and pinched

B18B 43 psi
B18C1/C5 50 psi
with pressure regulator connected

anyone know a good psi setting for an ls/v on stock injectors with a walbro 190FP? 45psi seems to be a little to rich for me....at that setting my wideband at idle reads about 12.4
