Default Should I buy this car if I want Manual Conversion?

Would it be smart to buy another Integra if I wanted to do a Auto to Manual conversion?

Here is the link to the car

Car on Craigslist

If this is a good idea, I might use everything from it besides the Transmission for the conversion.

If you ahve time, then yeah you could buy and use the transmission off that car and all the 5SPD parts.. Sell the block and part out the car. Should get your money back.

i would say get it and parting it out. the owner probably thinks they cant get anything for it and selling it cheap but parting it out would be the better choice. im not sure what transmissions go for but you could also sell the interior because it looks like its in good shape and would probably be worth it if you have the time.

Thats what i did. I bought the car and actually made money off of it and still kept my 5 speed stuff. The only downside was that i couldnt drive the car because it was wrecked pretty bad so i took a chance that the trans was good.

Yeah thats the thing... I dont know if I want the Transmission (+ engine) from this car.

I might just keep the other parts and wait till I can get a hold of a Si tranny or maybe save up for a full GSR swap?!?! lol

Smart idea guys?

btw my engine has less then 88,000 miles on it. I think I rather wait for the conversion and just buy the car
