so what does a4 and a17 do, what volts is it suppose to read?

for some reason I want to say EGR?
Nope, A4 is VTEC spool solenoid (the solenoid to engage VTEC) and A17 is for the IABs...the butterflies in the GSR intake manifold.

how come in my wire diagram it goes to the main relay branching off each other at the ecu, maybe i got the wrong pins
