Did you recheck the wiring order of the spark plugs?

Definatly an engine problem and not the ecu. Are you getting spark?

Are you using the ECU from the new engine? You should be able to ground out each of the spark plugs to verify they are all firing. If they are, injectors seem like the next likely culprit. Trying swapping the injectors around and see what happens.

Make sure all your grounds are intact...have you checked the head gasket rings for leaks? Also did you check to see that the spark plugs are gapped correcty?

So you swapped the #1 & #4 injectors to the #2 & #3 position, but still no fire on 2/3? Any fuel on those injectors? Sounds like a short with the injector clip or somewhere down the line.

im having the same problem too BUT my swap was from a h23 to a F22a. my car is a 92 and the donor was from a 95 i think.

i swapped ecu's from p14 to p12 and no dice.. everything else is working except the injectors..
