Tire rotation
Sedans FTW! lol
I have a 98' civic sedan and work at a tire company. It is recommended to rotate your tires every 3-4k miles ( Every oil change). IF your tires are directional then you can ONLY rotate front to rear, but if they are just a normal tread IMO i would rotate... L/F to R/R; R/F to L/R; and just rotate both rear tires straight up front L/R to L/F and R/R to R/F
I hope this helps

By the pattern on the tread mostly. Some, if not most or all, actually have an arrow on the sidewalls that tells you. I haven't committed that detail to memory though.

check the threads of the tires
if they all point to one direction like an arrow ^ or \\\, you can rotate front to rear ONLY
for example (lol) you can do cross rotation
{| |}
{| |}
if the threads are like the ones below, front to rear rotate ONLY
//\\ //\\
//\\ //\\
if anything seems wrong with the explanation i made, please correct me.

If the tires are bald/ worn from camber wear don't move them to the front replace it! Some shops sell used tires if you want to go that rout they usually have like at least 75% and go for like $40 installed depending on the shop.
